Look for New Signage at Purgatory Creek Natural Area

The first of several directional and distance markers were placed in Purgatory Creek Natural Area on December 1, 2011 by the Thursday morning trail crew. The Malacoda spur trail leads to a very impressive grotto showing the force water can have on the limestone. Distance markers to the trail head are engraved on the post.
