Stewardship Committee Chair Scott Henize reports that the Trail Crew continues to make progress installing pavers on a section of Blind Salamander in Spring Lake Natural Area. Although  the work has been a “daunting, time consuming task,” the finished product will go a long way to reduce erosion on the slope nearest the trailhead. Next time you’re out in Spring Lake, stop to appreciate the skill and care that’s going into yet another worthy project by the SMGA Trail Crew.
