Because this year’s annual meeting will be virtual, the SMGA Board voted to donate the $500 that was budgeted for refreshments and other meeting costs to the Hays County Food Bank.

The newly re-routed Blind Salamander is completed! You can enjoy this trail when it opens again after golden-cheeked warbler nesting season.

Board members Scott Henize and Susan Hanson at the Ringtail trailhead. Scott and Diane Phalen were responsible for refurbishing the display cases, while Susan created the posters on trail etiquette and safety.
