Tales on the Trails

The City of San Marcos Parks and Recreation Department and Community Action, Inc. are partnering to bring you Tales on the Trails! Tales on the Trails is currently set up along the Virginia Witte Way Trail in Schulle Canyon Natural Area. Each month we will feature a new story for you follow along with as you enjoy the natural area or park. June’s featured story is Summer Color by Diana Murray. You and your family are invited to take a self-guided tour along the half-mile accessible trail located at 100 Ridgewood beginning June 1st. Check the website at www.sanmarcostx.gov/youth to read about each month’s story and where it is located!

Please show respect when enjoying our programs and beautiful natural areas by not removing or destroying items along the trail system. Thank you for helping to make this program successful for our whole community!
