Moments of Nature: June 2023

Now that the triple digits of summer have hit, it’s nice to be reminded of 2023’s kinder, gentler spring, which was relatively cool and rainy enough to sustain this year’s wildflower super bloom. Thanks to the five people—Kendall Bell-Enders, Megan Brown, Jon Cradit, Susan McGee, and Mary Seaborne—who submitted photos to the Loop’s second call for member photos from the natural areas. Areas represented here are Purgatory Creek, Spring Lake, and River Recharge. You can expect another request for photos this fall.
